Our Pure Cold-Pressed Pecan Oil begins with orchard-fresh pecans harvested right here in Texas. We use as little refining as possible to preserve what nature intended. The oil is gently expeller-pressed using a cold-press method, then carefully filtered without chemicals or solvents. No harsh processing. No unnecessary additives. Just clean, pure pecan oil.

Naturally rich and beautifully balanced, pecan oil has one of the finest fat profiles of any culinary oil available. It’s low in saturated fat and high in heart-friendly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. With a high smoke point of 470°F, it performs as beautifully as it tastes.
